ITA customers * - Standard: 3-4 working days after dispatch

                                Express: 1-2 working days after dispatch.

EU customers - 3 – 5 working days after dispatch.

Rest of World customers - 5 - 7 working days after dispatch.

* For specific Italian regions such as Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Puglia and the Islands, delivery might take up to one additional day

Orders are usually dispatched the working day immediately after the order date, following confirmation of payment. Orders made during the weekend (from Friday afternoon till Sunday evening) will be dispatched the following Monday morning.

You'll receive an email and/or text message from the courier with your tracking details. They will provide an expected delivery date and will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If your delivery failed and, the package is returned to us, we would need to re-charge you for shipping a second time.

As a small business we are unable to cover the cost of any customs, clearance or duties fees and so must be paid for by the customer.

Within European Union, all destinations are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price. When a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected (outside European Union), the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. So once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) do get in touch with so that we can assist you with the return process.

Please note that all the return shipping cost are at the expense of the customer. Sahib does not support free returns due to their considerable environmental impact so we ask you to cover cost of postage.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way, we also suggest you to use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning. Your return would need to be fully tracked, and tracking details sent to us at including your reason for refund, order number and full name.

You can return any item within 14 days (28 days for orders outside of the EU and the UK) of receiving your original order; please consider that it might take several working days for your return to reach our warehouse. Please make sure the parcel will arrive to our warehouse within the established time. Returns outside the established time will not be accepted.


Please notify us of your intention of returning the item(s) at, we will provide you the required document for the customs clearance, otherwise return will not be accepted.

If you are sending your jacket back from outside of the EU, please clearly mark the parcel as a 'Customer Return'. Otherwise, the return will be charged import duties and this fee will be deducted from your refund.


Please start by sending us an email with your original order details and stating what you'd like to swap for.

If the alternate size or colour is available we will complete your exchange. If that's not possible, we will make a refund excluding shipping, customs and import duties (where applicable).

As previously mentioned, the return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.

We will also need to charge the shipping costs to send the replacement item, as a small business we are unable to cover this cost.


We can offer a refund for item(s) returned in unworn condition, in its (their) original packaging.

Please retain a proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been processed.

As soon as we receive your package and check that the item is conform with how it was shipped to you, we will confirm to you via email that your return has been accepted, and we will proceed to refund the credit card with which the payment has been made (refunds will be made within 30 days, or in line with the credit card policies).

Please note the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

N.B. Made to order products are not refundable.


All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

The item must not be worn; it has to be in the same conditions as it was received

Original tags and complementary button of the item must not be removed.
