ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Sahib Classicwear offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our warehouse.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

We ship in Italy and in all the other countries through a combination of couriers.

TYPES OF SHIPPING

We offer express shipping (1-2 days), for specific Italian regions such as Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Puglia and the Islands, delivery might take up to one additional day. Working days are from Monday to Friday.

Within European Union, all destinations are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price. When a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected (outside European Union), the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. So once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs. As we're unable to advise on the amount, we'll send you an email before we dispatch your first DDU order. Please look out for this email in your inbox so your purchases are dispatched on time

DISPATCH OF ORDERS

Orders are usually dispatched the working day immediately after the order date, following confirmation of payment. Orders made during the weekend (from Friday afternoon till Sunday evening) will be dispatched the following Monday morning.

You'll receive an email and/or text message from the courier with your tracking details. They will provide an expected delivery date and will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If your delivery failed and, the package is returned to us, we would need to re-charge you for shipping a second time.

CLAIMS

Claims arising from damage, delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to Sahib Classicwear within seven days of delivery. Sahib Classicwear shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the Customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by Sahib Classicwear, promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and all packing materials securely packaged and tracked to Sahib Classicwear for examination. Should our examination confirm that we are at fault, we will exchange the item or issue a full refund (including the shipping costs to send the item back to us).

PAYMENT, PRICING AND PROMOTION

Sahibclassicwear.com accepts payment for the items purchased through Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro.

If you choose to pay with PayPal, when selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to Sahibclassicwear.com

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Sahibclassicwear.com’s contents, including but not limited to, works, images, pictures, dialogues, music, sounds, videos, documents, drawings, figures, logos and any other material posted on Sahibclassicwear.com in any format, including menus, web pages, graphics, colors, schemes, tools, fonts, design of the web site, diagrams, layouts, methods, processes, functions and software which are part of Sahibclassicwear.com, are protected by copyright and by any other intellectual property right of Sahib Classic Wear and of the relevant right-holders.
